Starmalls Inc. has shopping centres in Mandaluyong, Taguig, DaangHari, Imus in Cavite, Santa Rosa in Laguna, San Jose del Monte in Bulacan and Cebu.
The company currently operates Starmall Alabang, Starmall EDSA-Shaw, Starmall Las Piñas and Starmall Annex. Starmalls offers a one-stop family shop that caters to shopping, dining and recreation needs.

Starmalls is determined to up the ante and raise the level of mall experience by building malls with superior amenities with a more dynamic tenant mix, wider retail and service offerings, and interiors and exteriors inspired by the world’s more trend-setting commercial hubs. In October 2013, Starmalls signed a P2.7 billion, seven-year loan agreement with Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. of the Yuchengco group.
As of Starmalls’ on-going expansion programme, it targets to open 22 shopping centres by 2017 including Starmalls DaangHari, Taguig and Santa Rosa which opened their doors in 2014. About 12 to 15 more shopping malls are scheduled to be open by 2015.
Inspired by and committed to the fulfilment of its vision, Starmalls caters to various needs of its customers and the communities they serve. Starmall Alabang initiated the proper use of energy when it retrofitted its cooling system. The move not just increased the footfall and tenant satisfaction but it also helped the company save 3 million pesos in electricity bills.
The company later emerged as a winner in the Energy Efficiency Category of the 2014 Sustainable Energy Finance Awards.
